LDC Miro ging van start in 2014. In 2017 smolten de verschillende vzw\u2019s samen tot LD<sup>3 <\/sup>vzw. In 2017 verkreeg LD\u00b3\u00a0vzw een PIOW-erkenning. Onderhouds-, onthaal- en facilitymanagers zijn de profielen waarmee men momenteel werkt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activiteiten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>LD<sup>3<\/sup> ambieert dat iedereen succesvol ouder wordt. Dit betekent dat iedere oudere op actieve wijze vormgeeft aan zijn\/haar leven. Het gaat over de optimalisatie van kansen en mogelijkheden met betrekking tot gezondheid, participatie, fysieke, financi\u00eble en sociale zekerheid met als doel de levenskwaliteit te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>LD<sup>3<\/sup> wil een zorgzame buurt ontwikkelen, waar mensen \u2018zorgen\u2019 voor elkaar in diverse Brusselse buurten waarbij ze zich richt op zowel \u2019zorgvrije\u2019 ouderen als ouderen met een zorgnood. De buurt als actiedomein wint aan belang in de organisatie van het dagelijks leven en de waarborg van deze kwaliteit van leven. Een \u2018buurt\u2019 is niet zozeer een administratieve of geografische afbakening, dan wel wat bewoners als meest nabijgelegen leefomgeving ervaren. Buurtanalyses maken duidelijk welke specifieke kwetsbaarheid een bepaalde buurt typeert. De focus kan liggen op bv. ouderen met een migratie-achtergrond, ouderen in sociale uitsluiting, ouderen in armoede, of nog andere. Binnen het sociale economieluik wil LD3 diensten aanbieden die haar missie realiseren. Vandaag zijn verschillende Artikel 60-medewerkers aan de slag om een effici\u00ebnt beheer en onderhoud te ontwikkelen zodat de infrastructuur kan bestemd worden voor een brede waaier aan activiteiten en een ruim publiek. Het project wil drie doelstellingen realiseren:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sociale doelstelling = versterken van sociale cohesie door infrastructuur aan democratische prijzen ter beschikking te stellen aan buurt(organisaties\/bewoners). Sociale organisaties zijn vaak op zoek naar ruimte voor vergaderingen, recepties, etc. in het weekend of in de week.<\/li>\n<li>inkomsten genereren = priv\u00e9personen zijn op zoek naar infrastructuur voor priv\u00e9-evenementen, deze middelen kunnen dienen om het project verder te versterken.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0tewerkstelling en opleiding voor doelgroepmedewerkers = door een goede omkadering en coaching op de werkvloer, door interne\/externe professionele vorming stimuleert vzw LD<sup>3<\/sup> de tewerkstellingskansen van langdurig laaggeschoolde werkzoekenden door met hen aan de slag te gaan in dit project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De functies binnen het project zijn een facility-manager, een klusjesman en een onderhoudsmedewerker. LD<sup>3<\/sup>\u00a0wil in de nabije toekomst nieuwe sociale economie-activiteiten ontwikkelen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Het LD<sup>3<\/sup>-team is verspreid over verschillende vestigingen. Het vaste team bestaat uit 12 personen (9,1 VTE). Hiervan zijn er 4,5 VTE actief in een geco-statuut en 1 VTE via projectfinanciering. Er zijn op dit ogenblik 3 doelgroep medewerkers (Artikel 60) aan de slag. In september start een nieuwe medewerker.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Business model <\/strong><br \/>\nLD\u00b3 beheert en ontsluit de infrastructuur van de drie dienstencentra en stelt zaal- en keukenverhuur ter beschikking aan democratische prijzen. In 2019 wordt een klusdienst opgestart in LDC Miro. In 2020 start een gloednieuw buurtrestaurant in LDC Het Anker. LD<sup>3 <\/sup>wordt gefinancierd door de Vlaamse Gemeenschap, de Vlaamse Gemeenschapscommissie, het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest, Actiris.
